Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
Harmony aims to deliver 100% satisfaction to our customers. We use flowers of the highest quality and are confident to guarantee our flowers for 7 days from delivery or collection (exclusions apply to a small number of varieties however customers are advised of this at the point of sale) If you are ever dissatisfied with your flowers, please contact us on 01330 822716 or email info@harmony-florist.co.uk We will endeavour to resolve your complaint within 2 working days. NB – It may on occasion be necessary for the product to be retrieved by Harmony to allow follow up with the supplier.

Local deliveries are available between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday – Friday. We can deliver to a residential address between those hours or to a business address between the hours of 9am and 5pm. Deliveries on a Saturday are by exception but we will do our utmost to fulfil any requests. For guaranteed same day delivery of orders placed on our online shop, the order must be received by 1.00pm at the latest. We are unable to deliver at specific times unfortunately but will do our utmost to deliver at a time that satisfies our customers. In the event of the recipient not being at home we will try a neighbour close by or leave a calling slip advising the recipient to contact the shop to arrange re-delivery or collection from the shop. If it is not possible to advise the recipient of an attempted delivery we will contact the person who placed the order for further advice. NB – we do not deliver on Sunday’s or Bank Holidays with the exception of Christmas, Mothers Day and Valentines (should it fall on a Sunday) National and International deliveries are handled by eflorist where by each eflorist member will strive to deliver a great product to the recipient within the requested time scale for delivery.

Products and Prices
All products are subject to availability from our suppliers in Holland. Our product prices vary in line with auction prices, determined by seasonality and commercial events such as Christmas. Current retail prices inclusive of VAT are displayed in the shop and updated twice weekly. Values on the web site are stated in £s sterling and are inclusive of VAT. Images used on the website are representative only of a few examples of the many designs we have to offer.
